Ecotechne ladder install help AND whats the best LED lights that fits?!

Just got my ladder and as straight forward as it seems, i was hoping for some pics, instructions, tips, etc instead of spending an hour on this jig saw puzzle. It didn't come with any instructions and a quick google search didn't yeld anything either, thanks

Might want to check the group buy thread, there is an issue with one of the brackets. They are supposed to be sending out a fix already.
