what 4Runner you have? I believe only SR5 can have 16 in wheels due to a larger brakes on Sports they will not clear rotors.
As for a lift just do it yourself over a weekend especially if you have garage.
I'm just about to purchase new set of Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac's. They look awesome and severe weather rated, a both of both worlds sort of speak.

if you looking for something less agressive I would strongly suggest Goodyear Wrangler Silent Armor. These are excellent tires for all around driving. They on sale right now (till October 24) at Fountain Tire on 4 for 3 sale
