Degree in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering, used it for a total of 4 years then went and did something totally different, Mom was not happy.
At least I managed to get out of the UK and moved to the good old USA.

Almost every job has additional training. Personally I have "trained" as in additional classes in many things, from hydrostatic transmissions to business analysis. A mechanic friend of mine is constantly going to new classes. If you put his training together he would have the equivalent of a masters but it is job specific. I also did not put M.D. or J.D. as they are specific to certain degrees. Just keeping it simple and general.

I graduated about 1.5 months ago with a BS (i keep thinking it stands for bull sh*t ) in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly SLO.

I literally found a job, worked for 2 days and got laid off. I was still getting trained. It was not my fault, the company had a little financial issue and couldn't afford to keep me. So now I'm back to job searching.

Full Disclosure:
I have No Plans nor did I ever for this data. Last September, many on here were discussing these topics (education, age, etc) and I took 20 minutes out of my life and developed these polls. Someone reposted the age poll recently and I just bumped the others up for an update. The datasets are tainted by methodology and not much use in the real world. I think most on here enjoy it though. I could create multiple levels if this were a real application.

Computer Science is what I like to do, but I also have a thing for law, you can combine them. For example I could be a patent attorney or deal with intellectual property rights.

But who really knows what's going to happen, I rarely hear of people getting jobs in the field they studied these days. But Computer Science is more of a recession proof major (as opposed to like pre-law) these days.

That's right, you never know. I studied and have a degree as an Aerospace Engineer but ended up in IT, although I still love planes and spaceships : )
