Hey guys! Trying to sell my 1984 runner in cali. Went to get it smogged and it didnt pass, to many hydrocarbons and idle, also a very high idle. I brought it into a shop. After about 4 days they called back saying they found a blown fuse traced the short back to the ELECTRIC AIR INJECTION CONTROL VALVE. He said if they still make that part brand new it would be about 400 bucks but if i went to a pick n pull it would cost me $10. I would like to know if anyone has heard of this part? Also if someone could explain where this part is? Thanks!
