Electric Radiator/Condensor Fan

Is there any common issues with this fan? Mine doesnt work, I replaced the 30a but not sure where else to look. Any help would be appreciated

blower resistor block

depending on the year:
88635-35010 or
88635-89107

It is located on the drivers side beneath the horn in front on the radiator. The leads corrode away leaving an open circuit.
