Hi new to the forum here. Have a 2003 4runner that has an electrical problem. Occasionally it will not start, no ignition, no lights, no power at all. After a few minutes it will fix itself and start up no problem. The last couple times I turned on the windshield wipers and then it would start. Must be something in the steering column wiring.
Anyone have any ideas or had this happen before??
