Electrical problem - Please help!!

I am having an issue where the car occasionally won’t accelerate when pushing the pedal but everything seems like its running fine.. if I restart the car it works normal. This is an 03. Is that a similar problem?

Thank you for your post man! I had exactly same issue with my 2016 4runner today, the resuly is my ETCS fuse burned out when am switch the battery.
