Thanks, as it is getting ridiculous. I looked at every post in the Tacomaworld postings about this, matching names with payments etc., and I see people that have paid WEEKS after me getting their kits and installing them and I have not even received an email. I see on Tacoworld that this is an issue with others also but when they complain on that list "I'm going to ship yours out this week" but, nothing like that here.

First off my apologies for being behind on this. I admit I can't offer a acceptable explanation. I am usually very good about getting everything sent out on time, but I have failed on this account. I will be back working this week and will get things finished up.

wmiranda, I have you listed as #71 out of 77 total that paid. I have 10 kits left to build at this point. I would like to see who in the list AFTER you has been shipped? Because on my list, nobody has. You are #2 on the list of the remaining 10.

Now that being said, I have always worked to be upcoming and honest, and yes, I did fall WAY behind when I should have. I am not on this forum as often as I should to support and take care of my customers, BUT I have NOT given preference to the TW forum over this one. On my list I have 4 people on this forum left, and 6 on TW left.

Is this acceptable? No. Not in any way, shape or form. I have failed in my promises and I take responsibility for this. It would be just making excuses to try and say why this that or the other happened. Things have been insane over this way and I bit off a lot more that I thought I could chew. I never expected to get this number of orders. I thought I was ready, but I wasn't. Going to put a order cap on any other group buys just to be sure I don't screw up like this again. All I can do is apologize, and get things fixed.
 
Well, since we are going to get into this: Where is "Your" list? I see different lists of different names, different statuses but NO complete, unified list of names and their standing either here or At Taco World. On page one, which is the list here you claim is the updated one, I am number 56 of 92. This list shows names from here and TacoWorld. Is this the list? By this list, There have been SEVERAL people after me that have received and installed their equipment. Is it the list at post#63?.. I'm number 56 there also. Is it the list at post number 96? This is a shorter list, that I am not on, along with several others. Is it the list at post 124? Another subset list. I can cut and paste from the Taco list also, if you so desire.

If I am incorrect, then show us a single list of purchasers, their place in line and due dates, as you are working from a list no one else has access to, Or hey,.. I may have missed it but,.. can't seem to find one anywhere.

All I have asked for is a status,.. Have just gotten vague responses. On the Taco page, when people ask for statuses, you immediately jump in (I can also cut and paste these if you have forgotten) and tell them "you are next". I feel as if this forum is like a red-headed stepchild in that regard.

If I have missed something on either list, please, correct me.

I am awaiting my kit, after 3 months, I will not cancel. But this GB has left a very bad taste in my mouth.

I have already apologized and accepted that I took on a lot more than I should have on this. The list I am referring to is the list I have on my computer showing orders as they were paid. As I said in the beginning, orders were going out in the order invoices were paid, with the early opt-in group having priority first. I have never hidden that. I am not about to post a list on here showing customer's private email addresses, names, and home addresses. That is customer information there. I also said many times that I was not updating the list as often as I should have. I admitted to this. Again I apologize. I accepted that I made mistakes. There is no need to keep kicking the dead horse at this point.

I NEED my parts please! My truck has been down since December waiting for this. My funds were never meant to be a loan. I realize life happens and I've been very patient but come on, you claimed you only had 10 or so to build and that was what....6 weeks or more ago. I didn't even get the alt....just the wire kit. Unless something terrible happen there simply is no excuse for this delay anymore.

For all those that received their kits "Cheers!"

Being tail-end charlie stinks on ice. :(

Lon, Your invoice was only for a stage 1 Kit, not an alternator and a wiring kit. Take a look at the order and if you see something different, let me know and we will get it corrected.
 
No sir my invoice is fine. I meant that I only ordered and paid for the wires and NOT the alternator which you claimed was the reason some of the kits were late, some issue with the alternators. Just the wire kit should not be this late....was what I was getting at.
I removed the stock wires back in December in anticipation of the new ones in you're kit. I don't want to put it back together until I get the kit....hence my truck being inoperable. See....I need my parts.

I see what you mean now! Thanks for clarifying that. Your Kit will be shipping out today with a couple more that are headed out as well.

Still waiting on my invoice and stage 4 kit for both of my trucks: 99 Taco and 05 T4R. Money is sitting in an account waiting. I know you mentioned that the wiring for the T4R would take some time since you had to customize the set up. I just want to know what the status is?

No worries. Because of the problems with getting the group buy finished up I had to put a short term hold on the new invoices. I have you on the list and should have the invoice ready in a day or two. Thanks for your patience. I know it has been a while.
