Electronic Buzz/Click from Instrument Panel

Hey Folks,

Quick question:

When you put your vehicle into "drive", do you hear an electronic buzz/click (in quick succession) from the instrument panel?

Also, when the Traction control kicks in, do you hear a click, click click, from the panel as well?

We've always had it but wanted to make sure it's normal.

Same thing... I speculate that we're hearing some relay and the brake motor (mounted on the engine side of the firewall) giving a quick buzz as part of a self-test or something. I am assuming it's normal (for now).:cheers:

Is the click click click the VSC or the LSD? I heard it for about 1 second turning onto an icy road.

Sounds good.

ALT4R--if you're hearing click click click during icy road conditions, thats probably the Traction Control. YOu might also see a light with on the dashboard.
