ELM 327 wifi broken disc and ??

I am trying to connect to an ELM 327 wifi pc compatible but received it with a crushed disc. I am trying to download the program but need some clues,

1. was the disc just software like scantool, scanmaster, etc ??

2. my laptop shows the IP as 192.168.0.19 where as all the info I read
on websites state it is .11

3. My laptop saw the OBD2 right away and connected, but the scanmaster free software kept saying com port 1 fail, I couldnt find any method or menus to change/enter wifi. In fact there wasn't any options really to do anything.

4. com port 1 fail message is partially in german (I think).

5. it gets hot when plugged in, normal ??

ELM is the chip and firmware maker and I can not find the device manufacturer to get to their site. Purchased thru Wally world Walmart # 568960115. The only possible hint to a manufacturer are the letters LESHP on walmarts website. Sold ByHongrui Electronic Commerce, but they don't list an elm 327.

Any help appreciated.

I don't have the disc, what was the disc

Thanks for trying to help but I did google it, I don't have the disc, I need to know what the disc was that came with it, the disc was broken in half.

was it diagnostic software, what program was it, I need a wifi PC capable diagnostic program.

Well the best I can tell you is to return it to Walmart and get another or have them send a new disk, contact customer support.
