This has been a while coming, so here goes nothing!

I picked up my lovely 2005 Sport V6 on October 20th of 2010 with 20,000 miles on it

My first mod was a K&N cold air intake in hopes of "magical horsepower". I noticed a difference and I love the sound!

I then threw in a magnaflow muffler 5x8x24 with a resonator delete and a fancy tailpipe (which got crushed soon after)

Then, of course, I discovered the magic of plasti dip!

Next was a Bilstien 5100 and FJ coil lift that I installed with Jdkilroy

My local tire place screwed my plasti dipped wheels up, so I went to silver wheels and black hub caps.

Then came a daystar 1.5" rear spacer

A rear telephone pole mod....

As my off roading increased, I decided on a set of sliders from Xtreme terrain of road from Iowa.

I upgraded from 265/65/17 Bridgestone tires to 265/70/17 Hankook dynapro A/T's (before my sliders arrived)

lol bout time you and jon put up a build thread! It looks like that one big dent just above the bumper cover could be pushed out by hand if you pull the rear cargo panel you have access to the inside of that fender area unless you've already tried that lol. (a CBI rear bumper should fix those other scratches lol)

I've been meaning to for a long time!

I MIGHT be able to push it out, but I hit it on the corner, so it's more than a ding :(

I have a custom bumper coming from Xtor4x4 eventually, along with skids. Just a matter of time for me to save to get them. The CBI doesn't cut it for me. It's ugly in my opinion

yeah I'm not a big fan of the looks of the CBI myself the drawing you have mocked up looks really good though. Im a big fan of crozhawk's rear bumper over at toyota120 its probably the best custom bumper I've seen so far. Just through CBI out there as it's the main rear bumper out there for us.

yeah I saw the pinched in area right next to the tail light that will take some body work for sure but I'm pretty confident you could push that bigger dent out fairly easy. just out of curiosity have you gotten a quote from a body shop for repair?

I recently backed into my wife's car and put a nasty dent in her quarter panel and bumper (same location as yours lol) all it did to me though was break a few clips that help hold the bumper cover on. The body shop quoted my repairs at like 518 bucks and her's at 1800 lol so insurance cut me a check for 18 bucks, waved her deductable and sent a check to the body shop for 1800 to fix her mustang. (bad thing it was in my own dang drive way i was pulling her car out of the garage to put mine in an do some work when i backed mine up and swung around to point into the garage rolled right into her car lol)

Oh man that sucks!

I got quoted just about $1800 for a new rear quarter panel and paint to match.

$700 for the bumper shipped

Installed EBC sport rotors with EBC yellow stuff pads and Stoptech stainless steel brake lines on the front.

Also replaced yet another seized caliper

Custom CB antenna mount:

What I did was take the antenna cable and route it out the hole in the tail light socket, then I took some 1" metal stock that was thin so I could bend it and I made this shape

I took a long-ish bolt and drilled a hole in the black bumper mount so it doesn't make any permanent drill holes that are visible.

I used this Firestik mount to clamp onto the metal bracket

I recently added a spring to keep it from rocking.

Hope that helps!
