Employee pricing - recd invitation!!!!

I live in San Antonio and received an invitation letter from local Toyota dealer offering employee pricing on new Toyotas during the period of 08/04 to 08/08 and the letter says that this pricing is only by invitation!.

I am not sure whether this is national or local event, just thought of sharing with others.

I'm sure it's just an individual store's promotion. Unlike GM, Ford, and Chrysler, Toyota doesn't have a set employee purchase price.

Picked up my 05 for $200 over invoice and 0% APR... overall I was pretty pleased with the deal...

I always just ask for the fleet manager when I go buy a car... usually ends us been a better deal than talking to the floor sales folks.

If you are saying that they don't have an employee purchase program that is offered to the public, that is correct, but they do have and employee purchase price that is invoice + $500. They don't sell a lot of cars to employees, most have lease options as an employee benefit.
