Energy Suspension Bushing Kit

I just replaced the bushings in our sedan and was impressed with the improvement. Hoping to do the same on our '98 4-Runner, I looked it up on the Energy Suspension web site. They show a full kit for the 3rd generation design up to '97. I did not know that there were many changes to the design between those model years. The rotary A/C controls are all I can think of. Has anyone put this bushing kit on a '98?

How about Moog

I know a lot of folks here have more experience than I do and could have answered that. In any case, I discovered that moog has 4-runner end links and read sway bar bushings. The rear end links are part #K90619 (need two) and are 32. each. The bar bushing kit was K90551 and is 30. at O'Reilly. The links have a grease fitting and come with all hardware. I did have to buy a grease gun to fill them but nothing's perfect. I'd still like to know if the energy suspension kit is okay for 4-runners beyond '97 just cause. I'll probably go back to the front with the Moog front kit just to keep everything balanced the way they intended.

I've been wondering this myself. I know some people have had issue with the front sway bar bushing from energy suspension because its a milimeter to large or small (cant remember). I haven't been able to get anyone to confirm the entire bushing kit though.

Moog

Just wanted to report that the moog sway bar bushings & end links hooked up with no problems. They are a lot heavier than OEM. I was suprised to find the original bushings & end links in fair shape after 135 or so thousand miles. I'll not be doing that service again.
