Energy suspension kit not fitting

I successfully installed my front control arm bushings on my 94 the other weekend and decided to tackle the rears thinking they would be a little more simple. Not so, the inner sleeves provided by Energy suspension are too small for the bolts that should be sliding through them. Energy suspension refuses to acknowledge a problem and says they haven't had any complaints. I can't be the only one. The OE sleeves are not the proper fitment for the new bushings so they can't be used. I'm at a loss for what to do. Would it be worth trying to hunt down a 22mm tap to thread the sleeves to fit the bolts or should I drill out the sleeves a little larger? I'm not even sure what sort of bit would accomplish that. I'm looking for the most cost effective method of doing this and would like my rig back together by tomorrow. Any help would be appreciated because I am not looking forward to the prospect of biking a 15 mile round trip to and from work on Monday.

I got them from Summit Racing. I bought the Master bushing kit. Would have been a simple install except for the fitment issues with the metal sleeves and that they sent me the wrong sway bar bushings. All solved now though and drives worlds better.
