Energy sway bar bushing size

I want to upgrade my sway bar bushings to Energy greaseable bushings. I know that the sway bar sizes in my V6 are 19mm and 30mm. Energy carries a 28.5mm and 31.5mm. Which would work better?

Also, what's the part number for the endlink bushings?
