Engine check light help

I was coming into work today and my engine light came on and then a second later the vsc and vsc trac lights came on. Any ideas? Its an 02 sport 4x4 if that helps. Thanks

My crystal ball suggests you pull the codes so it can further interrogate the mystical powers of the universe. It says this can be done at most auto parts stores for free or at a jiffy lube for a twinkie.
