Engine light on: code P0120 and P0133. helps please....

My 1996 SR5 (163k miles) failed emission test due to the above codes. can someone please tells me what they are and how to fix them. tia

P0133: O2 Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 1 Sensor 1)

P0120: Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit

Thanks. I did a search on thid 4runner forum http://www.4x4wire.com/forums/postlist.php?Cat=&Board=UBB13 and found some good infomation about this issue. I will try it and hope it will fix the problem or it is going to the shop.
