Engine problem?

Adjusted the valves the other day and when i start the engine just today the engine keeps on idling.. and the brake fluid keeps on lowering. I checked and there is no leaks.

anyone know what the problem is?

1990 4runner RWD.

Hook your throttle cable back up. Bleed your brakes. I bet both problems go away.
