How's it runnin folks!
Just recently finished up a holiday trip this past Saturday, the 24th (800Mi). While on the way home (50mi out) sitting in holiday traffic coasting/idling doing approximately 5-10MPH, when suddenly all the dash indicator lights came on as if when you first start your truck; STALLED. Quickly shifted it into neutral and it fired right back up with no warning/check-engine light. Drove the remaining distance without a hitch. Fast forward to today, driving again under the same circumstances (5-10MPH, coasting/idling in drive) and again all the lights come on... stalled and again shift into neutral and it fires right back up. No check engine or other sign of fault, drove the rest of the distance home without a hiccup. So now, I am seeking the wisdom and experiences of those in this vast seafoam of knowledge. Based on my initial search under the 3rd gen threads and searching via "Engine Stalls", I have not found an exact replication of my experience, but similar. Prior to this happening, I have been experiencing the prolonged crank/start with my truck, which leads me to beleive it very well may be my fuel pump trying to warn me that its about to go or its my IAC (Idle.Air.Control). If anyone knows of a direct link with a solution dilemma or has personally experienced this exact same issue and successfully diagnosed and resolved it, please advise. Otherwise, I'm going to conclude it's the fuel pump and just swap it out before it goes FUBAR on me in the middle of nowhere.
Thanks to all in advance for the input/feedback.
Happy, Happy, Happy Freakin Holidays!
