Engine Stalling when not warmed up

I've had my 4 Runner since 1995. Its a 1990 model, with v6. I have an issue everyday. 4 Runner runs great AFTER its warmed up after 15 min, its a manual transmission, V6 engine. After driving awhile, and I shut off vehicle in a parking lot, I go into a store. I come out in 5-15 minutes, and try and start. I turn key, revs up and dies. Turn key again, revs up and dies. No foot on the pedal. Turn key again, it starts and stays running. Sometimes takes 4 or 5 starts. If I did apply gas, then it really won't start.

When a cold engine, starts fine every single time. But within 5 minutes while I'm driving it may stall at a stop light unexpededly. Scares the crap out of me.
When I give a little gas and let out clutch, it stalls. But then it starts fine usually. It acts like a fuel starvation problem as sometimes I can avoid the stall by gassing it. Usually when engine is warm, and after I've left a parking lot it will stall within 5 min even when I'm in 5th gear heading down the road at 40mph. Then I coast into a parking lot, then it starts right up.
After its warmed up, & while driving freeways & around town, no issues after it has been running 15min+. Fuel filter has been changed, fuel pump changed, fuel pressure regulator changed, fuel pump relay changed, Mass Airflow Unit changed. Still not fixed. Is this a cold start circuit issue? If someone has some ideas, I would really appreciate it. The seasoned mechanics scratch their heads, and labor rate is like $100 hr. here. I would really appreciate the advice, I'm a volunteer dad and I have to take some boy scouts camping and really need this vehicle. I do have the Orange Toyota Shop Manuals I bought in 1996. So if anyone has advice, I have the diagrams to look at. Not sure if engine check codes would help....Tony

How does it idle? Check your intake elbow those like to crack, clean out your throttle body if you havent already

It will idle fine...just when I give gas when engine cold, it will stall at a stop sign when I start to throttle....after 15-20 min everything is fine.

Another thing, when AC is on while engine cold, it will stall more frequently. I usually don't turn on AC until after 15 mins of engine running..

About Throttle Body

On the intake elbow, is that the very fat rubber hose between Mass Airflow Sensor and fuel injection assembly? And where is location of the throttle body? And also are the coolant temp sensors on back of the engine near firewall and brake slave cyl? Thanks a buch for the help...

This. I have a 93, and a few years ago mine would stall in reverse when cold. After wasting 300 bucks for diagnoses at the transmission shop, they said it was the MAF Sensor hose....
