Engine swap 3vz to 2lt

Sry guys, i've not found answers on my question by using search.
I have toyota 4runner '91 with totaly broken 3vz engine. And i have 2lt engine (without transmission, but with wiring). What i need, to swap 2lt into my car? Are 3vz transmission and 2lt engine compatible?

I have no idea about the swap, but I'm sure the guys at yotatech would know. They have a section just on swaps and you might find a lot of information there. Sounds like a good swap and a much better fit than the 3vz

If you use the bell-housing for the 2lt the tranny will bolt right up..

Dont forget to use a big (at least 2.5 inch) free-flow exhaust, and for extra power an intercooler is a worthwhile addition.
