Engine,VSC,ABS and Brake lights on, no codes, engine running rough

My Engine,VSC,Brake and ABS lights come on intermittently. I have scanned it for codes and it doesn't have any. Gas cap is on tight however my engine is running rough. It doesn't seem to warm up idle as high as normal. Usually it would hover around 1100rpm, now it's 900. The normal idle is lower also dropping below 600. Checked all of the spark plugs and they look clean as new..almost too clean and dry. Suspecting a fuel pump problem. The truck seems to run worse as it warms up plus I am not hearing the fuel pump prime before turning the key over. From what I remember, you usually can hear it easily every time you go to turn the key over. Am I right? It's a 2003 4Runner V6. Could a faulty fuel ump be setting my ABS, Brake, Engine and VSC lights off or could this be something else?

I have a 2007 Limited and this same exact thing happened to me, but my speedo and odo were also not working. Code reader was pulling a speed sensor code. On the way home the those two things started working, so I stopped, shut her off and restarted. Everything was back to normal. No idea why it went away, but it hasn't happened since(over the weekend). Hoping something was just loose and got back into place.
I would go get your check engine light code looked at. Could be speed sensor or ABS system from what I've been reading.

Scanned for codes, it didn't have any. I'm thinking the lights and the rough running engine could be separate issues. I lifted up the carpet today, opened the access port to the top of the fuel pump and listened as I had someone turn the ignition. The fuel pump sounds extremely faint, I could barely hear it even though my ear was 8 inches away from it. Other times it wouldn't make any noise at all. Checked fuses and relays, all work. Truck has 130,000 miles. My theory is that the fuel pump is getting weak and may be failing. Would explain why the truck starts but under driving conditions, it begins to run rough because the pump cant maintain the pressure.
