Engine, VSC & Trac lights all on

The Check Engine, VSC & Trac lights are all on, but I am not sure if there really is problem.
I get the P0430 code but the stats are as follows...
Air flow rate for Mass Flow Sensor 7.30-7.40
Bank 1 Sensor 1 (Wide range O2s) Equivalence Ratio .996-1.005
Bank 1 Sensor 1 Voltage 3.229-3.323
Bank 2 Sensor 2 (Wide range O2s) Equivalence Ratio .994-1.007
Bank 2 Sensor 2 Voltage 3.265-3.320
Catalyst Temperature Bank 1 Sensor 1 468 C
Catalyst Temperature Bank 1 Sensor 2 237 C
Catalyst Temperature Bank 2 Sensor 1 468 C

What Year, Trim, and Engine is this vehicle?

Also what are the following data values for the following information when you took the above measurements:

  • RPM
  • Battery Voltage
  • ECT (Engine Coolant Temperature)
  • Atmospheric Pressure (and/or your altitude if it is more than about 1000ft above sea level)
  • STFT (Short Term Fuel Trim)
  • LTFT (Long Term Fuel Trim)
  • Total FT (Assuming your scantool actually shows this, if it doesn't its okay]
  • Fuel system status (Closed Loop or Open Loop)
  • IAT (Intake Air Temperature)
  • B1S1 Impedance (If your scantool shows this value)
  • B1S2 Impedance (If your scantool shows this value)
  • B2S1 Impedance (If your scantool shows this value)
  • B2S2 Impedance (If your scantool shows this value)
  • Voltage for B1S2 O2 Sensor
  • Voltage for B2S2 O2 Sensor

My rough guess there is that your engine is running extremely lean, those voltages are pretty much pegged Lean. I'm surprised you don't have any lean codes at the moment.

We need more information, particularly what both front and rear sensors are seeing as well as what the engine is doing, what temperature it's at, what the ECM thinks it's doing/seeing, ect.

If you give the Catalytic Converter section of the link provided below, it should help you understand all the information we want to look at to narrow down the possible cause of the P0430 DTC.
