engine whine ????

Hello lets see if anyone has had the same issue
I have a 2004 4runner 4.0 1gr-fe motor it has 65000 miles and there is a engine whine it's a pulley ,or something belt driven ,it's the same with ac on or off and when turning the wheel lock to lock
I used a scope to try to isolate the noise and no dice
anyone had a similar issue :snacker:

looks like a belt to me. remove the belt and see if the pulley is not binding. if it is, then you might need to replace it.
