Okay. I'm old school and some of these new gizmos confuse me. I have connected the Toyota-Alexa app and it's actually working in my new 2020 SR5 Premium audio system. Is this whole Alexa thing free? I know it uses up data on my iPhone, but is there a monthly service charge for using Alexa? So far it seems pretty awesome. Thanks.

There shouldn't be a charge. I would recommend using Siri or Google if you can over Alexa. The Alexa app seemed to work only about 50% of the time for myself.

Possible. I don't have an iPhone so I haven't used Siri. Been using Google on Android auto with no issues at all so far.
2020 SR5 premium and alexa does work though I used it exactly once
