Entune enrollment issues

Hello all. I'm a former Tacoma owner that just switched to a 2013 4Runner Limited. Currently I am unable to enroll my vehicle in Entune as the website doesn't recognize my VIN. I have a 2013 4runner with JBL + entune. Any ideas? I've seen threads from prior model years, but they don't seem to apply as in years past you had to choose between Entune or JBL.

I know this sounds like a very stupid question but, are you positive you have JBL and entune? I always thought it was either one or the other on the Limited model. I only remember reading that for the 2014 model there will be a JBL+entune option on the Limited. Maybe try calling their support number when you have a chance? I was able to register my VIN w/o a hitch.

Well, I can't be 100% sure, but the vehicle sticker shows Entune for standard equipment and then I clearly have the JBL on optional equipment. Also, the sales team gave me info on Entune and told me to make sure to subscribe. Personally, I have doubts like you. I'm already quite familiar with the vehicle and since I've never came across Entune on the display, it's probably fair to assume that it doesn't have it. No big deal as it appears to be lame anyway with the iPhone.

Don't quote me on this but I think if you get the optional JBL system, you loose the standard entune system because well, it replaces the entire head unit. But like you said, you're not missing out on much, I hardly use my entune features.
