Only about 8 people signed up. Who cares if you don't really like basketball, get in for the mere competition of the thing. The more the better. Your 4Runners would be disappointed in you for being a chump.

anyone remember seeing a post from a user here giving props to Ohio University for making the dance?

I want to give him props, as I discounted any chance they had versus UofFlorida, should have known better and taken the points!!!!!

What's been the biggest suprise so far (in your opinions)???

The biggest surprise to me was the Alabama and UW-MIL game. I knew UW-MIL was a pretty good team, but I didn't think they would beat Alabama. Also, I was a little surprised in the Wake Forest game; especially in the first half. I didn't think Chattanooga would keep it so close!

biggest suprise has gotta be Kansas tho. 'Cuse was a #4 seed.

I know a lot of people in my pools had 'Cuse at least to the 16 but more had Kansas cruising thru their bracket to the 8.

But as iontrap said, GREAT GAMES. This is the best time of the year for me. It's one thing to watch a closely contested playoff game in the NFL, but with these tourney games, the momentum turns in a heartbeat and a team can live of die by how they handle themselves in a one minute span.

Wonder how many people in Kansas are killing themselves today as a result of last nights game. From what I'm to understand, they live and die by KU.:behead:

Wake Forest goes down to West Virginia!!!!!!!!!!! Double overtime!!!!!! :awais:
March Madness struck today and my brackets are have been blown to pieces.

There went one of my final teams. My brackets are filling up with red X's quickly. :sobbing: Just to make myself feel a little better, did anybody even have a remote thought that West Virginia would make it to the sweet 16? Bettter yet, does anybody have West Virginia going anywhere in their brackets? I am getting :behead:

Yeah the Wake Forest loss hurt me too. So did Kansas. There is still hope for my Final Four though, b/c I put GA Tech over Wake out of wishful thinking. Either way, I guess whoever goes from Albuquerque will get crushed by Illinois.

the only saving grace from this weekends big upsets were that I was able to take some $$ to the bank on UW-Milwaukee over BC
and Nova over UF.

My bracket in my office pool is so busted, but after calling those two games yesterday, I'm in the black.

You gotta love UNC walking thru the rest of their bracket (with UConn (#2), Kansas(#3) and Florida(#4) out).

Illinois vs OSU in the Chicago region is the only game left that warrants any consideration as "powerhouse" matchups.

I don't think Duke can get past Michigan State. I'm liking MSU, they'll surely be getting 3-4 points.

It was me! They didn't win so it doesn't really matter. But, never doubt the MAC teams.

Thanks.
