Euro plates?

Has anyone put a euro plate on their 4runner? I always liked the European look, silver, smoked tails, all that good stuff. Would it be legal to have? I mean...i see a bunch of bimmers, benz, and other euros with plates. If its not legal, i would do it for my own 'show' flavor. Haha.

Yes lots of people have euro plates

Over here in Germany practically every body has Euro plates, quite a few on the Runners and Hilux's. I chose the smaller American based plates just because the Euro plates have a bigger area to contact the paint and rub it off of my color matched bumpers. But the 4th Gen was designed for the plates, look at the space it has around it.

As for legal, it depends on your state, and there guidance. I know for a fact its illegal in Texas and Colorado, they require both front and rear plates for there states. Florida it is cool and so is Louisiana. Everywhere else its on you to check your local laws.
