Evaporator/Heater core cleaning - Anyone done it?

Drain hose help

Sorry for responding here - I'm new and can't create a new thread. I recently bought a 2014 Limited and have the funk smell. Before buying the cleaning products, I wanted to make sure I could find the drain hose used to insert the foam. I think it's missing. See pics attached. Could this be the reason I'm getting the smell?

Could someone help me find a replacement part?

I did the insect screen on the top of the windshield grill air inflow ..fiberglass screen on top of the plastic grid..
the air filter is some dust on it.. the grill was air flow no insect screen and all the tree mess is a lot of the air filter ....NOW TOYOTA HAS TO INSTALL THE INSECT SCREEN ..MY gm VEHICLES HAS THE AIR FLOW SCREEN ..
