Exhaust recommendations '02

Anybody have an exhaust recommendation for my '02 4runner, limited? I want to do a little moderate off-road stuff.

An exhaust system is usually tubing used to guide waste exhaust gases away from a controlled combustion inside an engine or stove. The entire system conveys burnt gases from the engine and includes one or more exhaust pipes. Depending on the overall system design, the exhaust gas may flow through one or more of:

Cylinder head and exhaust manifold
A turbocharger to increase engine power.
A catalytic converter to reduce air pollution.
A muffler (North America) / silencer (Europe), to reduce noise.

Are you looking for ideas on what brand exhaust systems are out there? Or were you looking for the information richbaker posted?

Sounds more like you just want to know what systems are the best.....

Exactly! I'm looking for exhaust recommendations that sound decent but not obnoxious.
Not sure where Rich is going with his 2nd grade description....I mean what the f%^&

Have you tried Jason B's site? It's burtmanindustries.com. Just look up your year and model on the left side, and it will pull up a page of things compatible with your 4runner. Just scroll down to the "performance" section to see what kind of exhaust systems work on yours.

I've always heard good things about borla exhaust systems. You might want to check into one of those.
