Exhaust repair question

Hi, I attached a photo of the section of my exhaust that is the source of noise and leaking exhaust between the flanges (see red arrow). This section is behind the forward catalytic converter.

As I understand it, my system has a TWC (Three-way converter...which "has separate chambers, the one upstream handling reduction, and the one downstream handling oxidation")

Based on the condition of the bolts, I'll have to use a hacksaw to remove them but once that's done, is there a gasket or seal that I can get to fit between the two flanges to seal it up? Also, once the bolts are off, is it hard to get the necessary part between or do I have to remove something else to get it in there?

There should be a gasket in there now. It's going to be a b!atch to get those bolts out, been there.

your going to have to cut the bolts off with a torch and try a new gasket, if it is still leaking both pipes your going to have to replace because of the corroded flanges..$$$$$

1. torch off bolts
2. remove old gasket
3. put in gasket from dealer (30$ish)
4. 2 14mm bolts with nuts to hold flanges together
5. have fun

Do you have your own toyota repair manual? Check it if you can diy it. if not, Call a few different muffler shops around your area and ask for a quote, that is gonna be your best bet.
