Exhaust tip install - tips?

Every singly T4R we looked at on lots, while shopping, and the couple that we test drove, all had polished exhaust tips on them. So, when we decided we wanted a color 4R that our dealer didn't have, we didn't even think about specifying the polished exhaust tip when we asked them to go find and get our 4R for us from another dealer. Of course, that's the only thing we would have wanted that wasn't on the vehicle. So, I jumped online and found a Toyota dealer that had one for sale, new in OEM box, on ebay of all places, for 60 bucks and change with free shipping. I believe the sticker on that part is $100?

Anyway, I have the part in hand and there is a sticker on it that says I need to get install instructions from a dealer. This can't be very difficult, however, but I want to do it right. In the box is the tip with a clamp loosely attached to the end of it and inside are what look like a couple of spacers. Can anyone that has installed their own give me a couple of quick tips on how to install this thing properly?

I had mine thrown in as part of the package. The dealer installed it for me. But here's an older thread that shows it being installed:
