I ordered stop tech extended brake lines, front+rear. It came in two packages. One contains 2 ser of lines the other one only 1. I called and the guy said 97 4runner has one brake line you going to rear ? I'm curious is this true ? That you only one line extendends both left and right side of the rear ??

that sounds right.
you have drum brakes. the brake HOSE drops down at the diff, and then hard brake lines out to each wheel.

You don't needed extended for the rears. Just bend the bracket that is attached to the body above the rear axle. It an L bracket where the brake line is connected horizontal but bend the bracket from vertical to horizontal and that will also rotate the brake line down vertical. It gives you at least another 3" of line in the rear.
Are you sure ? If so I'll just replace my old lines since I have the new ones ...why not right ?
Do they make extended front lines ?

Fronts dont need to be extended. SS are very nice up front because they wont flex and gives a more solid brake pedal.
The rear like you found out is just one line. The hard lines run to each drum. If you are running 3.5" lift or more of coil like from 7 or 8 wraps I would extend it. You can bend the bracket down and it will work but I have tested it out with my setup and at full flex its pretty well stretched even when I bent the bracket. Also the SS rear line helps with the more solid brake line and you dont have to be worried about it rupturing on the trail.

I've got super flex as well as a 1.5" body lift. I've put my truck on the rack multiple times and it sags way down!!!!!! But still the brake line is good and not tight. Don't buy them. Just bend it

I see your running superflex coils which have a lot of flex, if it was me I would get the extended line. But you most likely would be safe with just bending the bracket. Mine on the lift with 1.5" body lift and 7 wraps was pretty tight unlike shootmymime but maybe I dont know how to bend a bracket good enough. LOL.
