Rear-view cameras are getting pretty cheap, I'm surprised I haven't seen them replacing side mirrors. I've been in the auto mirror manufacturing business for decades, seen this idea come up many times, maybe it's time has come.
I've had a couple 80s, no 60. Now I'm thinking about how to mount and protect a couple outside cameras. Mostly thinking thieves would be attracted as it sits for days at a bus stop when I go to work.
