External Tranny Cooler Help

Thought I would give you guys an update.

Ordered a new Denso radiator off amazon for $100 and toyota coolant. Hopefully the install will go ok.

For anyone wondering, this is how the Denso radiator looked after opened, but thankfully everything looks good. (Shelby does not approve of the packaging)

Amazed that it made it across the Pacific unharmed.

Use the OEM radiator brackets to make the install a little easier.

Pick up a new OEM radiator cap when time allows.

wow, mine had bubble bags, air bags, styrofoam blocks... you're looks like it was shoved in a box and shipped...

I'll take a pic of how mine was shipped... I got mine for $90 off rock auto.

Finally, the 4runner is back. New radiator, and fresh fluids. Tranny cooler mounted a little crooked, but that's ok. So far it has been running great.

Monitoring temps with my scangauge and looks like the trans temp was reading about 15*-20* degrees cooler. Awesome.
