Extra Outlet on Ashtray

I have a 2003 Toyota 4runner. I have a radar detector and a cell phone that both need a cigarette lighter outlet to power them.

I have been looking at the Toyota replacement ashtray that has two outlets. Has anyone used this? Is there an aftermarket replacement? If anyone has used the factory unit or there is an aftermarket unit available, how much did they cost and where is the best place to purhase this from?

Does anyone have any other suggestions on what I can do?

Hardwire the Radar? Depending on the type I heard that it isn't too hard.

I have a factory ashtray unit. I used it in my 2004 and transferred to the 2005 I traded for. It works great and has two outlets as you know. I don't smoke so I use the ashtray as another compartment to throw small stuff into. It costs more than you would think. I believe I bought mine from

You could go to radio shack and get a multiple outlet plug. The device sticks into the current plug and gives you 2-4 additional outlets.
