Hello!
There appears to be a seat rail probelm with the first '03 4Runners. Mine was built 12/02.
The drivers seat lurks forward and backwards on breaking and accelerating. (Yes, both the power seats as well as manual seats MAY have the problem.)
It may take awhile to finally get them to do it. I'll let you know what happens after they replace the rails!
Also go to the NHTSA web site and plug in 2003 Toyota 4Runner, and then under options or searches, "SEATS." There could be a fix for you too!
