Finally going to install some Trekmasters today. Throughout my searches, I've noticed some people using different or additional dust covers.
My new shocks have a "straight sleeve" cover and the ones I've seen are an "accordion" style.
Are the stock, straight covers all that is needed or are the accordion type more effective? If I should go with the accordion style, do you put them on over the existing ones or cut the old ones off?
