For sale is a 1997 Toyota 4Runner SR5 4WD V6. It has 125,000 miles. The truck has many power options, including power windows, rear cargo window, locks, mirrors and sunroof. It has the manual leather seats, which have some small rips. The truck also comes with 4 wheel drive, the powerful 5ze-fe v6, a remote starter, rear heater and ICE COLD air.
Recently I have upgraded the exhaust with a 14" long 2.25" magnaflow turbo xl muffler with dual exhaust output using stainless steal 2.5" down facing tips. I also upgraded to a premium Alpine stereo head unit with iPod input, there are hookups for an amp and sub in the cargo area.
It comes with new Discoverer ATR 265/70 R16 tires on the stock 3(6?)-spoke rims that are about 1 year old and 80% tread. It's got gold limited badging, as it's got EVERY option except push button 4wheel drive and power leather seats, which were the only exclusive feature of the limited.
The car has been well maintained and has been in my family for several years, the timing belt and water pump were changed at 76k about 5 years ago. Toyota recommends that you change it at every 90k, so it does have some life left. The front/rear shocks were changed about 3 years, 20k ago with NAPA shocks, and still rides goods.
I recently did a tune up; installed a K&N air filter and new OEM NGK plugs. For the past 25k, I've been running royal purple full synthetic 5-30 motor oil with a toyota oem filter, changing every 5k miles. I also upgraded the headlights with an H4 HID kit in the stock housings. I put 6k bulbs which are a white-ish blue color. It also has a new Bosch Platinum battery, with a 5 year warranty.
It has a hood bug deflector, rain guards on all 4 windows and the rear spoiler over the brake light. It also has the factory roof rack and running boards.
The exterior paint is in great condition, the hood has a few SMALL pits from driving on the high way, but nothing serious. There is a brand new front chrome bumper and trim. However, the rear bumper has started to rust and needs to be replaced. It can be found online for around $70, and is an easy job with only 4 bolts.
The interior is in decent shape, with the LIMITED mats and leather seats. Some of the wood trim has started to get discolored and there are cracks in the seats.
The truck runs great, and has no problems or lights.
I'm only selling it because I am looking at buying a smaller vehicle. Looking for $5500 OBO

With brand new snow tires, this baby is ready to take on a ROUGH New England winter!
Also for a possible trade for a 1989-1993 Buick Riviera with low mileage in good condition. Will also look into a low mileage 1992-1996 Prelude trade. Will consider a v6 accord coupe trade. Will also consider 1993-1999 Celica trade. Any others JUST ASK!!
