I strongly believe she needs to bring that price down a few thousands. JMHO

Thanks for the advice. I guess if you don't want a V8 and prefer the new body style then that would be the way to go.

I'm currently searching the market for a 2007 Limited and have been digging anywhere and everywhere to try and see everything that's available. I've looked across the nation and into Canada, and while there is some regional variation, it doesn't vary by more than $1k or so. 2007's are averaging in the $30k-$31k range, and those are asking prices. Certified 07's are a notch higher. 2008's are actually starting to come down and range $33k-$35k, sometimes these are certified 08's.

That can be your asking price, knowing you're going to negotiate some and come down. But to be honest - it probably scares more people away initially since it is at the top end of the price range. You best bet is to research heavily on what "the market price" is - and price it from there.

I appreciate everyones 2 cents, but I didn't list this in a discussion thread, I listed it in a FOR SALE thread for people that are interested in buying things. If you don't have any interest in buying or don't have a question related to buying this 4runner, please keep your opinions to yourself. If you want go to a discussion thread and discuss how crazy you think the price of this 4runner is.

I don't think anyone is trying to be rude. They are just trying to help you out. People who know what they are talking about are telling you that you basically aren't going to sell your car. A quick Ebay, Cars.com or Autotrader search would confirm this. You know...just like this one... Toyota : 4Runner : eBay Motors (item 330398116841 end time Jan-29-10 17:15:34 PST)

Understandable. I have a friend who inquired about said 4Runner, but when he gazed upon the steep price it was in fact so crazily high, that it in turn drove him crazy. My friend is now in a mental hospital and I may never see him again :sobbing:
