Fabrication build thread...no 'buy and install' please

CGuava, the demello uses the mounts for the front, but also came with a bracket and long bolte, but I am unsure of what to do with these. They dont seem to line up with anything. I will eventually call them to ask but ive been busy. The bumper is rocksolid, no jiggles over the rough stuff.

Got my Hanmas today and got them mock installed and wired into the factory fog harness!

I'm mainly just concerned about winching. That's how I mounted mine, but I've been hoping to add some bracketry to make it more solid when winching. Thanks for the input!

Thank you. I made it in 2 parts. Front bumper to the steering rack and then from the steering rack to the rear bumper. I spent a lot of time in the garage, that's for sure.

Took the rig out to test the new bumper and make sure my winch and everything was solid and properly functioning.

In an effort to keep the spirit of this thread alive...

I made 2 of my skid plates and a swing-out rear tire carrier. My buddy at work CNC cut and bent the skid plates so I can't take credit for that, but I designed and welded everything. More pics in my build thread. Next up is a front and rear bumper.
