I was wondering what you guys thought about this front coilover setup on a 99 because i don't really want to go with a spacer kit. or if you guys could suggest a different way to get my ride to 3"s that would be cool too. thanks

Also consider these coilovers:
Sway A Way
Donahoe Racing
King Shocks

Also consider a non coilover version (i.e. coil/shock):
