Facelift Retrofit

Has anyone retrofitted the new headlights/bumpers to a 2010-2013 5th gen? I know some people have gone aftermarket front bumper + headlights but I've never seen anyone do an OEM conversion. Is the bumper cover and grill direct bolt ons?

I'm trying to save weight and uses hidden winch mount do aftermarket 3rd market bumpers are out.
