Here's the deal.
I have 4xInnovations front and rear armor on my 2002 4Runner (3rd Gen). The rear includes 2 jerry can holders, a swing out, a camping table and a camping light (sometimes also used as a reverse light).
I also have a WARN winch.
I want to go back to stock bumpers. I run 285's and the original OEM spare area is taken up by an air tank so I'm not sure what I'm going to do about that yet, but that's a problem I'll get to later.
So my proposal is this: if anyone is in the market for front/rear armor, let's do a swap of parts. My armor can use a new coat of bedliner but they are otherwise in great shape. You'd be getting a smokin' deal but here's the kicker: (1) unless you happen to have parts in El Dorado Gold, my ask is you pay for whatever the estimate will be to repaint your bumpers to match my 4R, and (2) pay for professional swap at a shop that is hopefully relatively local to both of us. I'm guessing here but I figure that'd be a few hundy, still a fraction of the price of new armor + winch.
Let me know if there are any takers. I am figuring this is a bit of a long shot but it can't hurt to ask.

Reason for the change is that my trips no longer involves trails that might need armor - much more laidback trips now where camping is the focus rather than trail running. That plus a kid in the backseat too.
