I have been able to program two remote fobs by using the info on this forum. Thanks so much! My limited came with factory installed remote and I was able to pick up a pair of the correct fobs from ebay. The dealer confirms that these are the correct remotes for my 4Runner. But my problem comes when I unlock the doors using the remote. The alarm goes off and will only go off when I use a key in the drivers door and unlock it. The remotes control the lock, unlock, rear window and panic functions like a charm but I can't get the car to accept the unlock from the remote after 30 seconds. I realize it takes the system 30 seconds to arm the anti-theft alarm but I am unable to figure out what I am doing wrong. Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks.
