Is there a factory emblem overlay kit ? Looking for quality. I see a lot on eBay but I’m not sure of the their quality. Some are $33.00 and some are $150.00 .

The OEM overlays are the best, but not the cheapest. They also can look "thick". Amazon.com or Amazon.com Those are the ones I have.
I haven't used their overlays, but Taco Vinyl makes great products, so I think their overlays would be good too: 2010+ 4Runner Overlays — Taco Vinyl (I have used other products from them).
I don't remember where I bought them, but I know I didn't want to get any aftermarket ones, so I got the OEM Toyota emblems. They have been great so far. Put on around March of 2021 or so. Has around 23k miles so far.
