I started looking in to after market fog lamps and figured before I start hacking up my bumper and doing a big install I might as well see what the factory ones can do.
I decided to go with PIAA Ion Crystal yellow bulbs 55watts draw - 110watts output.
I'm not sure but there might also be a a Plasma Ion Yellow bulb available that's only 85watts output.
Different web sites say different things. I will check my box in the next couple of days.
First impression - Ya... not bad, they are brighter.
Second - Holy yellow batman
Third - Ok these things are bright I'm happy.
The PIAA's in factory fogs are pretty good. They give more flood style output then my head lamps, really light up the sides and even give lots of vertical light. They will do the job in thick fog and/or snow. Definitely worth the up grade if you only have factory fogs and actually use them for fog or snow.
I'm also running the GE Nighthawk Platinum head light bulbs. During my first hunting trip in the T4R I realized the head lights were really lacking even the highs were not going to cut it. The bulbs were some cheep garbage that came with my replacement head lights. They are amazing and I would recommend them to any one with stock lights. Even if its just to flash some one blocking the passing lane, lights up the hole car. (Yes we do have some idiots in this city that no matter how many times you flash them they still don't get it.)

Only after getting home I realized a pic of just the highs is missing.
I might retake the pics but I'll probably just wait and take some in fog or snow.
