Factory / OEM roof rack torque spec

Does anyone know the torque value of the (8) 12mm bolts that hold on a factory roof rack on a 2004 SR5 4Runner?

Or what section I should be looking in if I had a Toyota service manual?

Bolts of the same size generally would have the same torque specs so you can estimate if you already know the spec for a similar bolt.

I would be very careful about using this rule. It depends a lot on orientation, coatings of bolt, washer, surfaces being fastened, etc.

Not trying to pick a fight, just a word of caution!
