Factory radio/cd interchange

I'm looking to upgrade the radio in my 97 and was wondering what other factory Toyota radios are a direct drop in replacement?
Would a cd player from a 99 drop in? How about a cd player out of a Tundra, Taco or some other model of Toyota car or truck?
I am open to any upgrade, the only "must have" is input for an Ipod

none of those as far as i know are ipod capable, what you want is a "double din" cd player/ipod dock or anything double din.



what double din is, is the size of the opening for the cd player, most cd players are only single din but if you search you can find them, there's a sweet alpine one someone on here has, i'll wait for them to post it up. just start searching for double din players on the webs
