hmm on there it says the right side is green and blue and the left side is pink and purple on the back of the deck. When i took the speakers out of the doors the speaker wires were grey and yellow and both sides.

My source says the front driver is pink - violet, front passenger is lt green - blue...

But here is the easy way to tell.... Take the speaker you pulled out and the plug you cut off and hook it back into the factory speaker. Strip back both wires on the plug about a quarter inch. touch one wire to the negative side of a 9v battery and the other to the positive side of the 9v battery. If the speaker moves out then you have positive and negative correct. If the speaker moves in, then the wire you touched to negative is positive, and the wire you touched to positive is negative.

Another tip is if you are replace the speakerse in the entire car, you don't have to know which is positive and negative... just make sure you use the same wire on each side of the plug for your +/- all the way around.
